Wish I could give them a zero. When we arrived at the parking garage, we were met with an extremely rude attendant, who I could barely understand. He demanded to know how long we were going to be parked (even though we reserved the parking for 12 hours). We tried to explain to him that we were not sure and he started yelling at us; flung the ticket at my husband and stormed away. Mind you my young child was standing there, too. When we returned a few hours later, our car was brought to us and positioned at such an angle that we were unable to inspect it properly. We pulled out of the garage and drove until we were able to safely pull over to look and that's when we noticed a huge scrape down the side of my car. We immediately reached out to Icon Parking, who has not even bothered to respond. Save yourself and park somewhere else.

DON'T PARK HERE !!! We wish we could give this parking less than 0 stars ! We were suggested to park our car here by the Club Quarters hotel as it comes with a small discount and is very practical. After a day and 2 nights of visiting Boston we decided to go for a trip to the country side. Once arrived at the parking lot the valet service pulled up the car and even opened the door for us ! Little did we know that the car had several dents, back bumper coming off (someone tried hard to put it back!) and one of the rear reflectors completely smashed. As they denied any responsibility we had to spend time at the police station (thanks for all the help!) and we suggest to never park your car there ! p.s. not even one staff member speaks fluent English which makes things very complicated, no apologies either !

I didn't have to wait long for the car to be stored or returned.

Stayed at Club Quarters over night and attended meeting the next day, $25 (hotel discount) for 24 hours is GREAT for downtown Boston.

Convenient location, very close to Old State House. I bought a pass from Park Whiz at a low price and had no trouble of using it.
