  Purchased a holiday gift package for three massages, I redeemed two of them and when I called to redeem the last one they told me it was only valid for one month. Manager refused to offer a credit or any type of discount or accommodation. They were all too very happy to keep my money. It would have been great customer service on their behalf to allow me to redeem my last massage, considering I was going to purchase another massage alongside it as well as other services.

  What an experience! Beautiful, well designed spa facility. Woman's change room includes steam room, traditional sauna, and a stunning view of the water. If you can, enjoy a fitness class on the same day as your treatment. I would recommend a vinyasa yoga class with Sofia, very invigorating! (My only suggestion for Icon Brickell Spa is to update the yoga mats, as some are worn.) I highly recommend Juan Garcia as a massage therapist; his style of massage and variety of techniques took me into a completely blissful state. And if you are fortunate you will bump into the very lovely "Deedee." She helps wherever needed throughout the spa, encountering her energy and geniune vibe was the icing on the cake of a perfect spa day! The whole team there is very welcoming and informative. Thank you all!

  One of the most beautiful and serene spas to relax in their hot tubs, cold plunge pools, steam rooms saunas or to get massages.

  Absolutely love the jacuzzi area and the whole ambiance. We definitely enjoyed it. It’s such a relaxing area and I love the different temperatures of hot and cold. The views are AMAZING especially during night time. They have clean towels available and the staff is very nice. We did not get any treatments, but for sure enjoyed the amenities. Will come back for sure to try everything else out!
