  I accidentally ordered the wrong item from this company and they were awesome about sending me a return shipping label, which they paid for and communicated with me through the whole process.

  The worst experience..i bought laptop COST MORE THAN TWO THOUSAND $$ 2300 and window got corrupted when i called them give me lots of excuses and things never mentioned before buying it...DELL 7500 PRECISION WORKSTATION

  I would like to thank iCompNY and my rep Nick for the prompt, courteous, and expert service in assisting me in getting my new Z400 Workstation setup. I'm a long time database programmer and DBA so current wi-fi and Windows 10 system setup options are a puzzle for me. My old desktop pc being an HP quad core Pavilion has been a very reliable workhorse for my database work but no longer has the capabilities I need for my current work with several very large SQL Server databases. Because of my experience with my oldish HP I decided to stay with HP and found this Z400 refurbished by iCompNY but I needed the configuration tweaked. I contacted iCompNY to discuss my needed changes. My first contact was Nick and from the start he has been very helpful with getting this Z400 configured the way I need it. That was just the beginning, I received my Z400 on time and in excellent condition, I managed to cause a problem with the wi-fi config and lost connection. Well of course I called iCompNY for tech support which turned out to be Nick because I'm his customer, he not only assisted with my wi-fi connection problem but is sending me an upgraded wi-fi USB stick and the items I need to install my SATA hard drive from my Pavilion in the Z400. Next problem I caused involves my needing to restore Windows 10 to the initial config but I didn't capture a restore point before making system changes. Nick is sending me a replacement drive with a fresh Windows 10 Pro install. What can I say, iCompNY support is outstanding!!!

  Excellent personalized service. After locating several of their refurbed Desktops online, I called directly and iCompNY rep Nick worked patiently and efficiently to help me customize my unit. A great deal. New SSD and large HDD. On the way in less than 12 hrs. Highly recommend !
