  Ibiza Tapas is a nicely decorated place and nothing like the typical Tapas place in Spain-- which are usually jammed up small places with uncomfortable tables! This is a spacious place nicely decorated with a good selection of Spanish wines. Next time I go I will try a few. My wife and I went there for dinner we're generally pretty happy with everything we ate. A couple of caveats. I ordered the ceviche and didn't look very closely at the description of it in the menu. It turned out to have a fair amount of fruit in it and not nearly as much Seafood as I would have liked. There were only shrimp and small bay scallops in it along with pieces of mango in a sugary syrup. It was, overly sweet, weird and not what you expect in a ceviche. Next to the leeks. Grilled leeks in an orange and carrot emulsion. Only a few pieces of leaks swimming in some very pretty sauce that seemed to me to have very little to do with a real orange or a carrot. Sauce is very sweet and there were about 5 little slices of grilled leek for your $8 plus. Avoid unless you are a leek Aficionado or only have vegetables available to you. There were no other jarring notes. If I have one General thing to say, I think the chef is using too much sugar in his emulsions and his dishes. Everybody likes sugar I know--but a ceviche is not supposed to be sweet!

  The Most Amazing Tapas Restaurant I've ever been too. Tuna Tartar is my Favorite.. The owner Ignacio is the absolute best. Would recommend to anybody.

  I took my Fiancé here for her birthday. The service was top-notch, quick and very friendly. Our server was more than willing to tour guide the menu for us, and his suggestions were definitely worth taking. Great place for groups to go and share some dishes with a great atmosphere. They even sent a drink out for my fiancé on her birthday. We will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

  We love the food here. This is a great place to order lots of small plates. Very authentic Spanish food. We love the ribs, flamenquinas and the paella. They have recently added larger dinner options also. The owner is one if the nicest people I have met. It is a family friendly restaurant and they go above and beyond!

  We just had a fantastic dinner party for 14. We had almost one of every item on the menu. The tuna and the oxtail tapas were superb. We have eaten here numerous times. Always great food and great service. We highly recommend it.
