::Been on hold with customer support for over an hour. My funds are not in my account and I can not get the bank ACH department to answer the phone. After being on hold for over an hour, my call was disconnected. I might have to find a new bank!!!! First major problem I have had with this bank, but it is extremely frustrating when I can not get a phone call answered!!!!!!
