  The drive through take FOREVER!!! Literally 15 mins to deposit money, terrible service.

  It’s a Bank. Whether they gave friendly or mean service, for me, if I can withdraw or deposit money is key. The place is clean, new, and comes with a security guard. They close by 4pm most days and use office desks rather than a traditional teller behind a wall. The experience was fine, nothing spectacular. I used them five times. Easily a three star rating.

  Customer service SUCKS at this location. I went in to cash a check drawn from this bank. The agent was not welcoming AT ALL. The blonde woman of a certain age hardly said 5 words to me and didn't bother to count the money back to me, which I thought was protocol. She shoved the money into an envelope and slid the envelope across her desk to me. When I think of places to go where I'll be treated like an inconvenience, the bank doesn't come to mind. I will say that the facility is immaculate, there's sufficient parking, and the security guard was super pleasant.

  These people did not close my account properly and then 45 days later I received an overdraft notice with accumulated fees from no balance available in the account.
