  I had to pick up a JR pass last minute. The staff was great. They processed my order and made my voucher same day. Their communication was great, and they were able to change my order half way though even though they were making a rush order for me. After I picked it up, they still took the time to send me extra info because I had questions about the pass. I haven't even left yet, and iace has already saved my trip!

  I went there to get my JR pass, I just got there I time like 30mins before they closing. The staff there is so nice, they say that don't worry and took their time to process my jr pass. The staff there was so helpful and gladly helped me out when I had questions. She explained how the jr pass works in Japan and the rules applying when using it. Thank you for a great service and it was stress free. You get the jr pass on the day of going to the agency so you know you not getting scam online.
