  No seating space, or even standing space for that matter. Good drinks, but be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your drink during peak hours (they get pretty busy in the mid-afternoons)

  Best Oakland bubble tea by far and has the most flavors. I've been going here for the last 3 years, it's very good.

  First itea location I’ve been to. Consistent drinks. Cashier person is fast. Hours close really early for a boba spot but it’s DT Chinatown. You gotta wait outside so listen for your #. Best option while you’re in Chinatown.

  There's always a line, but I don't get what the hype is all about. It's good but not the best. They do have nice service though. Once you order you wait outside because the place is so tiny, but they will deliver your drink to you outside.
