  NIGHTMARE! Disappointing Service. Sales Reps were so eager to make a sale that they didn't explain the COD correctly for a buyer in Canada. Cost me 600 USD for their mistake. Would NEVER reccomend IDJNOW or ever use them again. Save your money and buy from amazon

Victor and his team are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer any and all your questions you may need.   If I could give this no stars I would, I ordered from this company a dj kit that came with 2 speakers that I haven't had for more than a couple of months. One of the speakers started to act up by making a distinctive noise that won't go away. So when I try to contact the idj now company no one answers my call or returns my call when I leave a message, still no response . Really upset about the service. 0 stars P.s. Still no call or email back from idjnow Sebastian
