  This is probably the worst sauna in Korea town. Facility, cleaness, and specially the service from front desk and managerial staff are the WORST I have ever experienced from numerous saunas in Los Angeles. They should at least be trained to say "Hi" to the customers. They seem to be ignorant how the customer service is important on running a service business.
