  Awesome gym. Loads of great equipment and the owners Jack and Kate have such an amazing attitude and positive vibe. I have such a better workout here compared to the past gyms I used to go to because of the atmosphere and people who come here!

  Hybrid is the premier gym for strength training on Long Island. There is nothing you could need they don't have. Every specialty bar, multiple comp benches, monolifts, platforms, calibrated kg and lbs plates, calibrated dumbells up to 150, the best machines around, sled, yoke, etc.

  Best gym I've ever been to. Less than I was paying for LA fitness at a place with specialized equipment you would expect to pay equinox prices. The owners are real cool and helpful, willing to answer any questions you have. I come here for powerlifting but there is also strongman equipment here. I was planning on building my own home gym, but now I have no reason to!
