::Comfortable rooms directly across the street from the convention center. The hotel has a restaurant/bar that will cover all your immediate nutritional and alcohol needs, but due to the location in the city center, there are plenty of other offerings within walking distance that have a better menu it's worth the walk around the block. There is also the famous Compass restaurant on the 24th floor which gently rotates providing an amazing view of the city scape. The price of the Compass is relatively high compared to the bar in the lobby, but the food was amazing, and the atmosphere very comfortable and relaxed. We stayed at the Hyatt for the Phoenix Comic Fest so we got a group rate and had the extra convenience of being directly next to the Phoenix Convention Center. Due to the hectic schedule of the con, the room was used only for the hours we slept, but during that time it was quiet and comfortable.

::Nice hotel, spacious rooms, friendly service, nice gift shop, easy access to the convention center, 1 block from light rail, all pretty good. I wasn't as impressed with the Compass Restaurant as I was told I would be (perhaps I was comparing to the Space Needle, which isn't really fair) but I could ride their elevators all day long. Pretty zippy and they overlook the city as you soar upward. Kinda cool. I'd stay there again just for that!

::I'm really liking the Hyatt Regency Phoenix. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet!! The location downtown is close to many attractions and light rail is a block or two way from lobby. Runs from the airport $2.00 one way local fare. I've stayed at other hotels in midtown on business (comparable price) and was not happy with those establishments. I will save this as a favorite.

::Hyatt Regency Phoenix is a fantastic Hotel. If you're attending a conference at the convention center it is directly across the street. The hotel has a very nice bar that does serve bar foods for dinner as well as breakfast. Parking at the hotel is expensive so I suggest using valet parking as there is no other parking nearby. The hotel is nicely located to visit many restaurants and bars.

::Very beautiful hotel. I spent time here during Military event so the hotel was very busy. The only way to get up or down were elevators, there aren't really stairs for guests, so it took awhile to get to the events as there hundreds of guests that weekend. The restaurant on the roof was lovely. It's in downtown Phoenix so you can easily walk to plenty of restaurants and there's even an ice rink nearby. The pool is small, but great for little ones as it's only 3ft. deep. My only complaint was that there wasn't much hot water for a shower. I asked for someone to fix it and they said it would just take a little longer to warm up.
