  Overall a disappointing experience starting with the $12.00 fee to park in their 10 acre parking lot after paying $250.00 for a room. The common area was average, as was the room itself. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The water pressure in the shower was inadequate. The very limited selection of TV channels was ridiculous as was their 2 mbps wifi. To top it off, housekeeping hadn't fully resupplied the coffee service. As we were basically only sleeping there, I decided not to express my disappointment to the front desk. It would have taken more time than I was willing to invest. We won't be staying here again any time soon........

  I used to love this location, the new staff and the fact that the food was not cooked and gave me food positing as well as the room not being clean and smelling funky and disgusting. The shower was extremely dirty, the blankets were ripped. There was buha in the room . Some type of bug bite me and gave me a reaction. As I was checking in the gentleman was rude, inpatient and in helpful. In this type of hotel you would expect high standards which were not met at all. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and don’t think I will ever stay at the Hyatt regency in happague again. It’s sad that such a great place turned into the equivalency of a motel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. My experience was absolutely horrible and am completely disgusted with my most recent stay.

  I felt very taken care of, from the moment I stepped in this place. The front desk met with me right away, even with being extremely busy. The check in front desk person was very classy and I had my key in no time. They even hooked me up with water bottles! I came back to my room one day with groceries and my key didnt work. Front desk brought me a new key within 3 minutes! It was so fast and helpful! They even brought me a microwave at no additional cost! I really appreciate this hotel and the top notch service!

  Comfortable rooms, very convenient amenities, and courteous staff. Compared to some of the other hotels in the area, it's hard to beat this one. Bar and restaurant inside as well as a small shop for snacks, toiletries, etc.

  Cozy and a little small, nothing wrong with that it adds to the charm. The hotel is slightly dated. It is beautiful because of the decor and accents, but the elevators need work and their room TVs are not as up to date as they could be. Food is excellent at the Nu restaurant. The staff is incredibly nice. This location is very close to a golf club where you can host weddings or other gatherings.
