  Nice enough hotel. The cost is more than nicer hotels with better amenities. I do wish the staff would hold the line for the distance smokers need to be from the door. It was not pleasant to have to hold my breath to get in the hotel. That said, it is close to the highway and plenty of restaurants and shops downtown. It is a block from fountain Square and just across the street from the Duke Energy Center.

  Great location in downtown Cincinnati, in walking distance of nightlife and most of the city's attractions. Good quality rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent noise isolation in rooms. Service was helpful and friendly, they received a valuable package for me a couple days before my check-in and it was all handled perfectly.

  The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our room was like new. It was very spacious. The pool was clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed the fitness center. There was a lot to see and do all within walking distance. Looking forward to a return visit.

  I stayed in a River view room on one of the upper floors. The room was clean and comfortable. All the power and USB outlets for the desk and bedside worked, which was very convenient. I was travelling for work, and had a number of devices to plug in and I appreciated the modern conveniences. The hotel is located pretty central in the city, and many restaurants and other venues were within walking distance. The hotel bar and convenience store were also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

  We went to Cincinnati for my daughters' dance audition. The hotel's location was very good, and the facilities at the hotel were also very good. The service was excellent, and valet parking attendants were very polite. Yet, there was something that bothered me and it was the quality of the detail of the renovation of the rooms. In my room, it seems that HR Corp. was in a hurry to finish, so it did not do the final touches... When you go to a fancy hotel, you also want to be in a fancy place I hope, the HR Corp. consider well finished rooms a must.
