  This is a very nice hotel. Located in the bustling D.C. Arts district. Valet parking and complementary breakfast. Limited 24 hour meal service. Close to metro.

  I stayed here while visiting D.C. for a weekend trip; While my interaction with the staff was great overall my main concern were with the other people staying there. The elevator always smelled like weed and on the second night there were about 4-5 squad cars in front of the hotel which eventually led to an arrest of a young woman. Very awkward. Otherwise, the breakfast is great, the rooms are nice and well equipped for the price paid.

  Great experience. Stayed there for a night while seeing a show at nearby Echostage. The hotel is brand new and it's in an emerging and improving neighborhood. Valet parking is not included but it's worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely stay there again.

  Under average hotel, if not mediocre, and I have done a lot of traveling in the past. First of all, (more of a neighborhood issue) the building across the street is currently under construction, during week days workers start around 4am and boy do you hear just every single noise, not to mention that the police station is five minutes away and it seems like they receive many calls during the night. Second of all, the customer service was.. well.. very close to mediocre. We asked 3 times for extra sheets and we never received them. At check-in came an issue with our reservation where they didn't give us the room we booked, instead of a double bed room we got a single bed room because "there was an issue with your booking and we're currently overbooked, therefore we can not modify anything". Thirdly, good luck with your breakfast, at least during peak seasons, such as holidays. We waited 45 minutes to help ourselves and there already were empty plates. Finally, the only positives are probably that the rooms are very clean and tidy (yet not so comfortable) and that the valet parking service employees are very helpful.
