  So we came to our room last night to find out the cleaning lady came in to our room even tho we had the 'do not disturb tag" on our door and she took money that we had, took my cologne and took my wife's memory card. We made a complaint to the front desk, talked to the manager today in the morning, guess what? The lady will still be working here, they dont allow us to talk to her and she's still going to be here earning a paycheck while stealing other guests belongings, this is unacceptable, we came to this hotel thinking that it was going to be better and it turned out to be much worst than staying in a low budget room.

  I did not like the neighborhood. By all the markings all around I assume it was a gang neighborhood. The housekeepers were really nice and the rooms were very clean. They do not have a washer or dryer. I've stayed at several different Hyatt hotels. I love them but I will not stay at this one again.

  If I could give this place -10 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. The carpets were so filthy that my daughter would be covered in a black sludge after crawling around for 20 minutes. I couldn’t give her a bath after because there is no tub. After asking housekeeping how often they shampoo the carpets he said “never. You’d be surprised at what doesn’t get done around here. But they pay us $10 an hour so what do you expect?” The next day our room still hadn’t bred addressed by housekeeping. I spoke to manager and when a housekeeper finally showed up she stated they were under a protocol right now because they are overbooked and understaffed so they aren’t fully tending to any rooms unless requested. As she was leaving, our door fell off the hinges. The only way to close our door is to physically pick it up and put it in the lock pocket. Finally, and most disturbing, one of the two elevators had BLOOD dripping down the wall from the hand rail and in to pools of blood on the floor left to congeal. After bringing it to attention, the blood is still there over 24 hours later. I brought the matters to managements attention and they ever so graciously gave us a $148 credit. I regret staying here and never will again. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH WASTING $1200!!!

  Large rooms. Clean, free parking, hot breakfast. 10 minutes from Six Flags straight shot. We moved hotels from the River walk Wyndham which is on the river but .4 miles from the actual shops and restaurants, valet park $28 A day, small rooms, no fridge and if your eating your paying. Stay here it's worth the little drive and well worth the price for the comfort.

  Many of the pillows we had were flat, no extra blankets available when we were there. Breakfast was available early enough for us before we took off early so that was nice. Nothing really bad, but I'd never had an uncomfortable night's sleep in a Hyatt until then. Otherwise nice staff and clean rooms.
