::Brandy and the rest of the staff are amazing. I had an issue unrelated to the hotel but they went out of their way to do anything they could to make me comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel based on how they take care of their customers.

::Spent two nights here in room #615. This room faces the interstate and is on the top floor. The room was clean and spacious. Downsides, the interstate is very noisy, the windows are properly insulated to block any sound out. There’s also an industrial air con unit close by that kicks on all the time adding to the overall noise. Breakfast is free, but not worth it. Coffee and orange is ok, but ignore the food. The shower is quite low and somewhere between scolding or freezing. I’m 6’5, so might as well get on my knees for a wash. Saying all of that, I would stay again because of its central proximity from the airport and downtown.

::Went to the bar for drinks with friends and had an awesome time. Bartender was very friendly and made our drinks delicious!! Will return again soon.

::I've been coming to this hotel for the past 3 years multiple times a year. I come from Dallas to setup events for Wilkinson Rhodes. This is my go to hotel and refuse to stay at any other. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and very attentive. The rooms are always clean, room service workers are very friendly and fast. I love the beds, the Air conditioner works great, cable TV is provided and also....FREE BREAKFAST! The breakfast is always hot, fresh, free and they change what they serve daily. What I also like is that they put up with all of our craziness during our stay since we use their conference rooms to store our supplies and make flower arrangements.

::Solid choice, reasonably priced, particularly with Hyatt points, and convenient to airport and downtown. The pool was a little bigger than I expected but I really wish there would have been a hot tub. Also, more waffles for breakfast please, they were way better than the pancakes but were only out one of the four mornings.
