  WORST ROOM & experience I have ever had! Right upon entering the room we found pee and hair on the bathroom floor, followed by brown stains on the carpet. Prior to this, upon checking in they said my room was unavailable. After letting them know I had already paid through Travelocity they rudely said they could put me in an ADA room, where everything was uncomfortably low. Aside from the expected airplane noise all the doors slam despite your best effort to shut them quietly. Our last night there, the people across from us were slamming doors laughing and taking on so loudly that we were unable to even sleep. Thin walls, dirty rooms and rude people are what you will get if you book here! Never again!

  Decent hotel and room, nice location with shopping and food at the edge of the airport. You do hear planes, but they didn't keep me awake or disrupt my visit.

  Over the top great place for the whole family. The room was super clean, the lay out was perfect for my wife and I plus our 4 kids. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee delicious. My kids loved the pool, I loved the selection of beverages, my wife loved the comfy beds. This place is within walking distance of every thing. Multiple restaurants, shopping, ant the local rail system that took us downtown PDX. We can hardly wait to go back. Oh yea. The staff was super awesome. A special shout out to Keith the shuttle driver, Lour, Julie, Hannah, Alex, Brian, and Karen at the front desk. Olga was great during breakfast as well!!! See y'all soon.

  Enjoy amazing customer service? Book here, you will not be disappointed! My family and I stayed at the Hyatt over the weekend. We had a quick get away planned over Spring break driving 600 miles from home. We were excited to enjoy some of Portland’s unique spots. As we pulled off he highway our car broke down, we were originally supposed to stay else where, but happened to be in the Hyatt parking lot as our vehicle shut down. To our surprise walking in they had a few available rooms. As we shared our story, not only did they let us check in early, but brought us complementary drinks and fresh cookies for the kiddos while we figured out where and how to get our car fixed. The hotel staff were incredible the entire time! The room was clean, and fresh each day after our excursions. The complementary breakfast was fresh every morning, the pool was clean and great to wind down in at night for both the kids. If your visiting the Portland area looking for a wonderful place to stay away from the hustle of downtown this is your spot. Being so far from home having something go awry was not fun, but the staff made us feel at home. We cannot thank them enough for their great customer service and kind hearts! Top notch stay in our books!

  Excellent basic hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Small fridge and basic coffee maker. No microwave. Staff was friendly. The gentlemen at reception were helpful. Great location with restaurants and stores nearby. Transportation was easy with the Max train line running nearby. Hotel also offers shuttle transportation to the airport.
