  Very nice clean hotel. Right in the middle of an outlet center with lots of stores restaurants. Employees very friendly and helpful with guests questions

  Staff members in the evening are more friendly and helpful. Always fully booked on the weekend with sky high price, but reservations a week or days before tends to be at lower rate. Rooms are funky at times but fairly clean.

  Nena was the best and the most helpful, Lorenzo told me he was charging my card for one price but later my card was charged for another price, maybe he thought I wouldn't check.

  Great customer service. Good, healthy, compete breakfast. Small pool. Secured back entrance from mall for guests with key cards only. We stayed in a king suite with our 2 boys and would definitely stay here again. Proximity to a grocery store and restaurants is a definite plus.

  One of the nicest hotels I ever been, it's located right by a mall, also it's not too far from the city center 5 min drive, I stayed in their suite and it was phenomenal, updated furniture, settings, and style. Loved the set up and the bathroom was so modern. I give the service their 5 out of 5 all the workers from the front desk to the house keepers to the breakfast lounge are so professional and polite. The place was spotless and we'll organized, definitely I would stay there again, when I booked my room I was asked if I want to be added to the Hyatt club and I agreed. So now u get to stay in an upscale place with really good price also you could collect points for staying there at the same time. I really recommend visitors and locals to stay there, give it a try and u won't regret it.
