Fantastic hotel. Great location right downtown. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot. The Valet staff down stairs were very quick and did a good job. The bartender in the lobby was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to that area.

Once again- it's the valet service that carries the stars for this hotel! Those guys deserve a pat on the back! Rooms are nice - asked for maid service during our stay and weirdly only got one clean towel...and nothing else (not a horrible deal breaker). My husband said the breakfast was excellent. DEFINITELY the best Hyatt choice in Colorado Springs.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. Pillows and sheets were fresh. Breakfast was good but the restroom at the lobby area was GROSS! 🤢🤮 The lady at the counter was a so-so and wasn’t paying really good attention. Parking is not free and you have to ask for valet service all the time. The valet attendant was nice though.

The whole staff from the moment I checked made me feel comfortable. I mean the front desk associate was talkative and friendly, the housekeeping associates spoke when passing, even the valet. It was definitely a good experience, thank you for making my stay a more personable experience , that’s means a lot, at least to me. Oh yeah , PERFECT location, you are a 10 minute walk or less from everything. Definitely my go to spot when in town.

Stayed here for our family New Year’s celebration. Was helped on several occasions by Jonathan the manager. Great guy extremely personable and helpful, he made us feel at home. All the other reviews about cleanliness are a mystery to me…maybe one offs but this hotel is very clean and presentable. Beds were comfortable as well, no complaint. Would definitely stay again! Only hack I would provide is don’t bother trying to pay for over night street parking…just pay for valet (easier and your car is protected inside).
