Very fancy rooms. Love the kitchenette, and very functional layout w/ the two queens, pull-out couch, and desk. Bathroom is luxuriously large. Extremely convenient to the MAX station into downtown (great for me, as a tourist), and the area around seems nice. Convenient parking garages across the street if you're not into their valet thing. The trains are loud (could use some noise fencing), but I'll take it for the convenience. No comments about room service as I'm only here for two nights.

When we pulled up to the hotel there was on the street parking. All around the hotel there were people hanging out some with beers in there hands, all looking as though they had seen better days. We got a good deal for two rooms and we had two pickup trucks with camping gear and a kayak. Both trucks had a locking camper shells that locked. We asked the people at the desk if our stuff was safe. It obviously was not and they recommended we pay for valet parking which was $40 per vehicle. The rooms met Hyatt standards but we were not told about the excessive parking fees when we called to book the room.

Will definitely come back. Front desk and valet staff were very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Well maintained and quiet building. Breakfast was included. The food was ok. Overall we were very happy with our stay and with the service.

Very clean, comfortable hotel in a great location. Friendly, attentive staff helped make our stay relaxing. Karen is a fabulous bar host who makes every effort to pour the perfect drink. The warm welcomes from Eden and the front desk staff make for a very enjoyable stay. The valet staff are accommodating and very efficient - they're very protective of their parking lot and have even been known to chase off loiterers! Nothing was too much of an ask for Marissa, the hotel manager. Our stay was for over 4 months - she even gave us a second fridge for the room - my wife likes to cook a lot, so this was a welcome addition! If you are going to be in the area, do not pass this place up. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Hyatt and we sincerely hope to see you all again soon!

Location is great and easily walkable to downtown Beaverton and Cedar Hills. Rooms are adequate. Valet parking only at $30/night is ridiculous in Beaverton. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Housekeeping is request only and must be requested 24 hours in advance. We requested and didn’t get service so had to wait another day for anything. Shower didn’t drain and wasn’t fixed after request. After a week stay, we requested a one hour late checkout and we’re told it would be $25. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Front desk staff seemed mildly irritated anytime asked for anything.
