  Construction in front of hotel makes it hard to get to if you have luggage. But other than that hotel is awesome. Perfect location, beautiful views.

  Nos gustó el desayuno y las habitaciones fueron limpias y cómodas. Lo más nos gustó fue la vista de nuestro cuarto! Estuvimos en el nivel 22 y pudimos ver toda la ciudad con 3 ventanas gigantes. También te dejan subir a un techo para más vistas grandiosas. Encima la sala de ejercicios tiene vistas

  This place is the best! We loved it here thanks to Vonetra and Rich! They were welcoming, accommodating and friendly above and beyond. The stay was so far the best I have experienced in New York and I would recommend them to anyone who loves a make your own omelet breakfast and beautiful views!

  Great little hotel with big rooms and great views all in all a very good experience the only bad thing was if you're late they give you a room away which was not very cool other than that the hotel gets five stars. They definitely need to work on there policy because when guests pays for a room they deserve to have that room. The hotel should not try to sell it to another customer so they can make more money I understand that they do so they can increase their revenue but that is not a correct policy which definitely needs to be looked at.

  nice clean hotel. room was on a smaller side. the only problem was that once you leave the room sensors would turn the heat off, so being outside the whole day when it is -15 and coming back to a super cold room was unpleasant. once the room heats up it is nice and warm but the bathroom gets super hot, like sauna hot. they need to regulate the temperatures better. other than that nice hotel in a convenient location.
