::This, going out to the store manager. I, ORDERED FLOWERS ON MAY 1st 2023. Did, not receive them. As, I did call back and talked MAKLA THE 1ST TIME. THEN, SPOKE WITH BETTY. SAID THEY WOULD SEND NEW ORDER OUT. I been a very good customer. Both lady’s very rude. In, fact. I WAS HUNG UPON BY BETTY. I, WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS HERE AGAIN. I, WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE FROM STORE MANAGERS OR MANGER SOON AS POSSIBLE. YOU, JUST DONT TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER. I, DONT THINK, I SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR THIS EVEN IF THEY SENT NEW ORDER OUT. ::I don't go to HyVee often due to their higher prices, but I do like their bakery goods. The employees are always friendly and helpful if I've ever needed something that I couldn't find. The bathrooms are disgusting, so I don't recommend using them.

::Prices have skyrocketed and i never feel welcome. The last time I shopped for groceries here they didn't give me all my groceries that I paid for. The two stars is because some of the people here are really nice.

::I was blown away when I walked into this amazing grocery store! Hard to believe the amount of beautifully presented choices of all varieties of food from produce, meats, cheeses, baked goods, fresh fish and seafood, salad bar..... truly incredible! The store offers just about anything you can think of and some items you would never dream of! Even just fun to walk around and feel the ambience. I'm overwhelmed to find such an array in Council Bluffs, Iowa. There's even a nice Cafe inside the store! The employees were very friendly and helpful! What a hidden gem of a grocery store!
