  Hands down the best service I have ever received from a Ford Dealership. My Service Advisor, Michael Apuzzo was exceptional! Just when I was about to give up on Ford Service, Michael renewed my faith. Car service completed before promised, by a truly courteous buttonef up staff. I'm sold on Huntington Ford. Great job!

  Great Service. Sales went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I needed and deliver it to my door. Spent all the time required to explain vehicle systems. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for my next vehicle.

  Bought out first ever Ford. The Fusion Energi is a plug in hybrid that got about 20 miles on the plug in battery. Many creature features in hi-end edition. Had it on a 3 year lease. The show room people were very helpful. Service department was..well a dealer's service department, what else could I say

  My Husband and I had a fantastic experience at Ford of Huntington. We worked with Brandon and Steve. Brandon was so knowledgeable and genuine. He went out of his way to make sure we saw everything we needed to see and test drive what we needed to test drive. He was a wealth of knowledge and made sure we were educated consumers. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon. Steve processed the deal. He is a personable and friendly and made sure we did not over pay. Overall we were very happy.

  This review relates to the service department. The sales was a typical sales experience, and I have nothing negative to say about it. It's a very sad day when a business does not practice costumer service or simple honest business. I purchased my car from Ford Lincoln of Huntington on top of every service package they offer, and I was treated the same way someone would expect a con artist to treat someone . It's unbelievable what they did. I would love to write the whole story and share the video I have, but unfortunately at this moment I cannot. I know people always tend to write negative reviews when something they didn't like happens, and then they blow it out of proportion because they are angry. I wish this was the case, I really do. Please accept this as an honest review trying to help other people out. I love fords and I will continue to buy them and have them serviced at ford, BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION!! I've tried reaching out to them on multiple occasions to see if I can solve this another way, unfortunately every time I am told "someone will call you back", and yet I have never received a phone call back.
