    AVOID AVOID AVOID I don't deal well with dishonesty or persuasion when it comes to business and financial moves. Both of which were practiced by the BRANCH MANAGER of which I only have his first name Jim. Firstly, I had awaited several days to be contacted by one of their reps to gather information regarding checking accounts and credit card applications. I have a very busy work schedule and limited time to be on my phone outside of working hours, which they were aware of. Not only until after three days and a complaint was I finally contacted. I initially was pleased to speak to the branch manager until we began speaking about the credit requirements. The branch manager informed me of the requirements, and it seemed out of my reach. No problem, my credit is not his fault. However, my current employment has given me a lot of knowledge how to build it, which I am in the process of doing. My issue is his pushy persuasion to still submit my credit application when, by his own parameters, I do not qualify. He then suggested using credit checkers like Credit Karma and that they are a very reliable source. I too take credit apps daily in my line of business and we all understand here that checkers like Credit Karma is a VERY RISKY tool to go off of and is usually off significantly. The branch manager didn't care that I'm telling him I won't qualify and am unwilling to submit an app, he only wanted to ding my credit and have a chance to make a sale. Not only did I wait several days just to get some information, I was heavily persuaded into giving up my credit information just so they could have a try. To anyone who is not well informed in the circus show that is credit, this place will tell you anything you need to hear to get your information and make the already difficult credit game even harder. AVOID AVOID AVOID

    I went in to get assistance and spoke with the Vice President/ Branch Manager Daniel Bunting. He was so rude and disrespectful it was pathetic. He acted like he was angry slamming the phone..huffing and puffing like a child. I want to remove my money from this bank immediately! !
