  Bad Customer Service IMO. Maybe its a one time thing or a matter of time. However I have recieved better service from different locations. And I don't believe in what the server had to say to me as the reason for their bad service either and that the service rep was saying that they couldn't offer any service just for the sake of it. And as a result I cannot recommend this particular huntington today right now.

  I understand that your tellers have to work both the lobby and the drive thru (which I think is ridiculous) HOWEVER, as stressful as that is, do you teach them to acknowledge people waiting in line in the lobby? Do you teach them to let those people know they will be with them shortly? Do you teach them to walk in the break room together and laugh and cut up while people have been and still are waiting? The tellers there this morning might need some more training. As a previous teller, I can tell you this was bad customer service.

  The Bank manager kayla rubio is very unprofessional.She discusses her employees calling in sick. Say they are young and party too much. Does notaries without putting in book to record. Takes her child to work for hours in bank.discuss how cheap the hispanic community is.she says huntington is so desperate for help she can do what she wants.This isn't how a bank manager should act discussing bank business to others.

  The branch manager here is exceptional. Would recommend this particular branch for Huntington customers.

  Although the ATM isn’t working at the moment, they assisted me inside the bank which didn’t take long.
