  It is very unfortunate that your driver wasn't mindful on the road. He's driving a vehicle that is a weapon if operated wrongfully. Safety and professionalism should be a priority. If his behavior behind the wheel and the mediocre customer service I received when calling in to report him is any indication of your companies stance that is awful! If I could rate no stars I would.
