  Co-ops are great! I love the fresh veggies! There's also food already cooked if you just feel like a takeout kinda vibe!

  Always fun to look around and find a new healthy snack. Prices are food for high end health food. Good coffee and friendly people that are happy to talk and help.

  Thank you so much for making our Healthy Lunches every day. The Ladies in the Kitchen are always ready to help.. Stuff super friendly Food is delicious ... Our Favorite is Salmon with any side of vegetables Shells are always full with lots of healthy options to cook with. Place that you must come & check out.
