::I arrived at the office around 12:45pm i waited about 20 minutes to be called to receive a ticket to go to the floor where i would be helped where I've waited 3 hours so far because im currently still waiting i have yet to see the worker who is calling the letters i have on my paper and when i went to reception desk to inquire i was promptly told by security to move from the desk several times when i was finally aloud to speak to someone i was surrounded by incompetent people who had no answers or solutions to my current dilemmas after having a few choice words with the Hispanic female security guard i was finally approached by the manager Ms Tomkins on the third Heavy set African American woman who would not take my grievance or allow me to speak with a director she eplained that there was a system failure and the wait time would be even longer than they have currently been i watched several staff members congregate behind the desk an socialize who also wouldn't give there names upon asking ...... I truly feel like the staff on the third floor of center 44 are some of the worst government employees that I've ever had the displeasure of encountering i strongly feel the staff in it entirety needs a mandatory class in customer service and etiquette to be conducted in the work place..... Im pretty sure that everyone that's had to come in or apply for public assistance are not of the same backgrounders race or gender or religious beliefs so everyone shouldn't be treated like second class citizens in this country everyone has fallen on hard times and have needed a way out and our great country the USA has devised a system to help and the employees selected to help aide you during that time shouldn't be allowed to discriminate against you because of those circumstances. .......
