::Rude rude disrespectful people

::They are there to collect a pay check not to help. Their attention to detail is non-existent which causes you to end up going there repeatedly.

::If I could give them zero stars I would! Lazy Workers that rather sit around and chat with one another even if it means to be ghetto and yell across the way from each other. The male workers will stare at your butt in front of you. They never do what they are suppose to do even when you bring in your documents in a timely manner. Make sure you get a reciept that you actually went there for your records because those boogers will have no recollection of you being there in their system. New York is the absolute unorganized and worse place to need public assistance. Thank God this is just temporary!!!

::One of the worse snap offices, their attitudes are nasty. They lose paper work and don't care. They need a whole new set of workers.
