  My first visit was to attend a flow and grow yoga session, held by Angie of Leaf & Lotus. It was awesome. Niva, the owner is absolutely adorable. The space is filled with wonderful unique items like incense, lotion, pillows and more. I have also experienced a sound healing session, given by Niva. It is a very enlightening peaceful experience. It's a great place to get gifts or practice peace.

  Nice place to just hang out catch some healing vibes. They offer all types of natural organic products like tea, shampoo, lotion, soaps etc...It's also a studio. The owner Niva does awesome work with sound and music healing. A MUST TRY! They also offer yoga classes BY AFRO YOGA and more recently added V Steaming by EMPRESS CHAI YOK STUDIOS to their location. This place is unique and recommend everyone check it out.
