  What a wonderful addition to the Poughkeepsie area. The owner and the staff are warm, friendly and inviting. They offer a variety of different classes focusing on the community and health. The salt cave is so relaxing and therapeutic it's a nice place to go to rejuvenate yourself . After the session my breathing was better my body was was relaxed I also noticed I slept really well at night it just was magical! Everyone owes it to themselves to try it at least once for a little escape, self-care ,self love . I am thankful for this new business to have opened up in our area!

  Productive and gratifying experiences always! I have been to the salt cave two times, one in which the gong was played. Firstly, the healing center is beautifully done--pristine and welcoming, and very classy. During my sessions, I definitely could feel differences both during the session and after it. In the room, I could feel my body pulsing, almost like electricity or improved circulation- the positive ions from the salt definitely seem to be doing something! Both times, I have also fallen into a deep meditative state, almost like time doesn't exist--this serene state lasts hours, even a day or two I leave the cave. I would highly recommend the salt cave for anyone who is looking to discharge negative ions from their body (numerous health benefits), to detox from electronics, or simply to forget time for awhile and rest their brains. I also have been attending the kundalini classes on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm, and I can't state highly enough how truly beneficial those classes have been for my body, mind, and spirit. The teacher, Hari Prakaash, is one of a kind--a bright white light. She has been trained under a master who was taught by Yogi Bhajan himself, the man who brought kundalini yoga to the west. The welcoming and down-to-earth spirit, along with the extremely high quality of instruction in Hari Prakaash's classes is something I strongly suggest those who are hesitant to try yoga, to dive into--you won't be disappointed! I have also tried kundalini classes both in the US and abroad, and those classes do not compare to the personalization, love, and care put into the class at Hudson Valley Healing Center. Thank you so much for bringing this beautiful facility to our area, to encourage healing and community spirit--you are making huge strides. I am truly grateful for all your work!

  My new favorite place! The facility is beautiful and no detail has been spared. I've been to other salt caves that do not even come close to HVHC in terms of quality, service and a true understanding of the benefits of each service and product on the shelf. Great selection of products that would make great gifts if I didn't want to keep it all to myself :).

  A well thought out health and healing center. Clean, calming, open, refreshing. Beautiful yoga studio. The Salt Cave is an amazing feature. Great for people like me with sinus problems. The different types of therapy have opened my mind to health and healing. The retail shop has one of kind and unique items. Great gift selection and the Gift Card made it easy to shop for difficult friends and family. Elisa and her team are knowledgeable, friendly and ready to answer all my questions. Thank again.

  Beautiful open space with lots of natural light. Kind and charming staff, who are knowledgeable and friendly. Varied high-quality retail items for sale including pink salt products, ayurvedic solutions, yoga necessities and more! Extensive yoga class offerings and an amazing salt cave. Highly recommend checking it out!
