  If you're looking for a welcoming group class environment, but don't find the Crossfit mindset appealing, Hudson River Fitness is an excellent fit. The trainers are a physical therapist (he's the owner) and a physiologist, so the approach is grounded in their medical backgrounds and. Classes are designed to get you healthier and stronger in a way that's smart, safe and fun. Highly recommended if you want results, but don't want to be treated like you're in some brutal boot camp.

  This is an amazing team of professionals... The owner is a physical therapist and all his employees are in someway trained in the medical field. They are all very friendly and encouraging. The environment is electric and you feel stimulated to work as hard as you can.

  Love this place. Ashley pushes you but not so far that you'll get hurt. If you want a safe way to get stronger and get better conditioning def check it out!!!

  I love this place. Ashley is such an incredible coach and PT. I can push myself in his workouts knowing that I won't get hurt. Try this place out- it's amazing!
