  I tried acupuncture at a place in NYC where nothing was explained. In that experience I didn’t know what to expect during the appointment or afterwards. My wife saw Fred and immediately made an appointment for me...I am so glad she did! Fred is a true professional who genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. A practioner with great bed side manner, he explains everything, every time I see him. Fred also takes the time to learn about you so he can improve and support your overall well-being.

  Fred is amazing! He's very caring and makes me feel very comfortable during our sessions. He listens to all my concerns and adjusts accordingly. Since I've been going to him from the beginning of the year my energy has increased, my mood doesn't fluctuate as much and my anxiety has decreased significantly. He also helped me cure a skin ailment I had that was very disconcerting to me. Fred is very smart and explains what he does during our sessions and why he does it. He's the best!

  Fred is one amazing practitioner. I highly recommend him to any individual who is in need of a holistic approach to healing and feeling better. I have been seeing him on a regular basis for over a year. During that period he has helped relieve several ailments of mine ranging from my lateral epicondylitis, shoulder/neck pain, digestive issues, to reducing my stress levels so I can sleep better at night.   I started going for acupuncture because of severe chronic pain in low back & both knees. Due to the attentive treatment and skill I've had tremendous improvement! Fred is very attentice to his clients and takes his time to make sure we get the best treatment needed. He uses various forms of treatments along with the "needles" to insure the best result possible! I strongly recommend seeing him for a consultation so he can help you get relief also!
