  I went there in the early thru mid- 60s.... located in the basement of a 42nd St. game-room, a strange place full of old circus posters and live circus freaks .... a bearded woman... Andy Potatoe Chips, a 33 inch midget ... exotic Caribbean dancer with a snake and others. Memorable!
