  This bank takes at least 2 hours the costumer Service is terrible they don’t even have water or lollipops

  The most PREJUDICE BANK I have ever gone to. They have the worst tellers/managers/customer service I have ever encountered in my banking experience. They are only nice to their own kind (Chinese) at this location (Very prejudice, rude, no personality what so ever)

  This is absolutely the worst HSBC I have ever been to. Do not go there unless you have an hour to waste. 4th person on line at it will literally take 10 minutes for each person to finish at the window. I'd rather drive across town than go to that branch.
