  No customer service. Avoid at all costs. It takes them 2 weeks to approve your new account. Their services are very expensive. I would avoid at all cost.

  Basically, money is the only thing they care about; not customer satisfaction or getting more customers. Recently, Washington Post reported that this bank was closing accounts due to having no interest in small business customers. Before the Chase was there, local businesses had to bank with HSBC because it was the only one here. Now that they are closing accounts (and closed a relative's), I am wondering if they exist here simply for the international businessmen who trot this part of Chinatown, whom HSBC is making "money" off. All jokes aside, there are other bank options; stay away from this one.

  bad service,I went to this place to change 100 they said I can't change it if I don't have their account then I went to chase bank which is across the street they changed me all 2 dollar bills n they're all new.

  HSBC is the Worst bank EVER!!!! DO NOT BANK AT THIS BANK!!!!!! They mess up your account. Refuse to correct the problem. And then have the nerve to send a bill with late fees!!!!! I have never in my life seen such a poorly run establishment...You have lost 3 more customers because of your inability to handle business properly. I hope I will deter others from making the same mistake I made when banking with you!!!!! I will be taking my banking business elsewhere. Oh, and by the way, the phone number they give you to contact them in case of a problem... Not in service!!!!!! Nice work HSBC BANK!!! Hope you close the doors soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
