  You launder billions in Mexican cartel money and get a slap on the hand?! Even after admitting to doing it?! What a great bank. You'll definitely never see my money. Equal justice under the law apparently doesn't apply to you, for some reason.

  I went in to ask about opening an account while I'm studying abroad and the gentleman talked to me for 45 minutes giving me tips on China. If this is the archive they give for people Wii aren't even customers yet, they really must go above and beyond for customers. Color me impressed.

  In and out in a flash. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bank was literally empty as I went during lunch time.

  I used to have HSBC in the UK and they manage to do thier job well. We open (advance) bank accounts with them also apply credit and debit card. They claim there is no record of it! So it been 4weeks we still have not get a single card. They organization and terrible at being informative but at least they attitude is fine.

  One star is too much for this organization. They do not know what customer service is. The personnel refuse to identify them selves. Avoid them . Sad. It is not just once once in a while, happens all the time. They cannot answer questions and refuse to cooperate. Trying to initiate a new credit card becomes an issue. These people are headstrong.
