  Don't come here. Gary stole my cash and they wouldn't even get access to the cameras. Handed 1000 cash to deposit said I only had 900.

  Wish I never came here. They force you to open accounts that you don't want. It's like they are thirsty for it. I came to deposit a check and they offer me numerous cards to open after I told the lady numerous times no. Also the teller doesn't speak english well, has a very heavy foreign accent.

  When I asked maya the manager why they never sweep up outside she lied and said we do everyday. I said if you come outside I will show you debris and cig butts that have against your wall forever. She then said this is an Asian neighborhood and all these Asians smoke so we can't clean up after them. My wife is Asian and my son was with me. Racist!!!!

  Terrible costumer service!! 1 teller on a Friday??!! Either find a different branch with a better manager or find a different Bank!! i would recommend a different bank! i get so much more service a the other banks we bank in!! we kept 1 account open in HSBC i guess for nostalgic purposes.... but i guess im done with them..
