  Cashiers are slow, and will not say anything to you if you are at the window waiting in your car. Very rude!!!!

  HSBC is an abomination... They outsource all their jobs to crappy call centers.... Their Mortgage Services Center in NY hires "temps" and works them like slaves keeping them from healthcare and benefits to cut costs.... Their customer service is full of trolls who keep you on hold for 15 minutes to then cycle you through to tell you they can't hear you.... I loath the fact I ever opened an account with you or two credit cards, you sold them off to higher bidders... I beg of someone who wants to keep their job to contact me from HSBC because it's been nothing but a waste of time and effort not to mention $...

  Cold service, like they are mad your there. And the hours are horrible if you work 9-5, I have to leave work early to get there. Completely inconvenient, most likely changing to another bank
