  I am here right now and the nurse bought me into a room at 2:24pm my appointment was at 2:30pm and it's now 3:06pm and no Dr,This is why I hate coming here they need a review board for this place to get it running like a real dr's office not a mad house...If they had minus stars j would give it minus 10!!! And I hate the way I've had 4 drs in 1 year is absurd and they haven't filled my prescriptions on months!!! Stay away

  When you read the previous reviews the consensus are not exaggerating. I called them before reading the patrons' evaluations and am able to confirm their complaints. Sorry to say, the answering service is that awful. There were several attempts made by me resulting in zero for getting an appointment. My best success was being placed on a eternity felt hold. If you are on a sinking ship for immediate assistance. You may start considering other options. Or you may need to visit there in person. The customer service have to improve for the operation's best interests and their clients.

  Una verdadera odisea espere 30 minutos para que me atendieran y cuando creí que me iban a tender me colgaron esto es un abuso , el personal no les interesa más que el cheque , tratan a la comunidad de la patada . Las agencias que les corresponde controlar esta entidad la deberían de evaluar es una lástima l comunidad necesita los servicios , los jefes del Condado deberían de supervisar más de cerca los fondos que entregan a estas di que clínicas

  This facility needs to hirer professional telephone operators, because you have to wait soooo looong to get through and when someone finally answers they put you on hold again, and if you dare to voice your disgust they hang up on you saying ur being rude to them.
