  We had a horrible experience. Last year they inaccurately filed my state taxes, I owed (which was wrong) now I have a lien against me. I came back this year and was told the piece of mind insurance I bought had to take it to another branch that the people who messed it up were not responsible for fixing it! After arguing for a while, they finally completed it. If your taxes are complicated don’t go here. I have always used H N R Block, and would hate to go elsewhere! Don’t waste your time with this location. They will miss something or take 2 hers to file. Sad face!!!
