  We have been going to this H & R Block in Alvarado, TX. for the past 14 yrs and look forward to seeing our two favorite tax team members there, Deborah Houston, and Jackie Kennedy! They are extremely knowledgeable in the continuously changing tax codes imposed, keeping abreast of the current laws, and have served us well in completing our yearly tax bill. The only time we have ever been audited, H & R Block's "peace of mind" service stepped in, and not only battled the IRS for us, but won the decision, and they (IRS) declared it so!!! Can not say enough good things about this particular branch and their two stellar staff, they're # 1!

  Had a bad experience there about five years ago.paid them and then basically had to redo it myself and pay them again to amend it after I did...I've learned how to do all !y taxes myself no and have never been back
