  This location made a mistaken and ripped me off. It’s been over 6 months since they owe me almost $2,000. Don’t go here! Don’t trust them. They will not answer the phone when you call!!

  My wife and I stopped by to file our taxes and waited for 20 minutes before we finally decided to drop off our forms to be filed. Virginia called my wife back with concerns regarding forms on our IRAs, and because we are in the financial services business, we clearly knew that she didn't know what she was doing. My wife told her that we would be using another tax preparer. A few weeks later, Virginia called me to ask when I would like to finish my taxes. I told her that I have already filed them. She then said "Well it would have been nice if you would have let me know that before I called you today." First of all, my wife had already told her that we would be using another preparer. Second, you should never speak to a potential client in such a harsh manner. I am never going to do business with H&R Block again.
