  Very Poor Customer service. The person who filed taxes for us was awesome. But others in the office have no idea when you try calling them to know about the status of your Tax return. Pathetic. Edited: I got the response from my tax consultant. She was awesome!

  I was directed to this location to apply for an ITIN number from a link online. They also have a sign in their window advertising ITIN numbers. After scheduling an appt and showing up I found this location doesn't offer ITINs. I can't understand why they have signs in their window for services they don't offer. I haven't used a service like this before and definitely won't try again. Do it yourself online it's cheaper and much more convenien.

  If I could put no stars and write a review I would. Worst experience ever. After 8 years of being an H&R Block client. I will never do my taxes with H&R ever again. Doing then myself from now on!
