  This place is an absolute joke I did taxes there twice and it was fine. However this year they messed up my gf's taxes so badly that it is now almost September and she still hasn't gotten her return. Not only that but I had to explain to the "tax professionals" how to input the info into their system. When you over $400 to have a return done that's just ridiculous!!! Not only that their corporate offices say they will issue a refund but somehow the check keeps getting lost. They have lost two customers due to this poor service and unknowledable staff. My guess is that the people who were good at their job here left because the ones that had no idea what they were doing made them look bad.
