  Fees are outrageous and they do not inform you of the cost until after your tax prep is complete. The “tax experts” took over 2 hours to finish my prep and it took 3 people to figure out my simple tax info. Will not be returning to H&R Block.

  The folks at H&R Block are courteous enough. But they seem lazy and uncaring about how the prepare your tax return. Never asked any of the usual questions such as home ownership, Business expenses and medical deductions. That should be there job, not mine! Like everyone else, I want the biggest return I can get. If I wanted a generic tax return done, I would have done it myself. I also found the price of 106 dollars a bit much for 30 min. worth of typing on a computer keyboard. And once again I had to wait better than half an hour past my appointment time. Next year I'll go elsewhere.
