  I dropped off my tax documents and was patient for two weeks. I got the run-around when I began getting impatient the third week. We were getting two second-looks and amendments done for prior years. The resolution of the situation required me to communicate with the national office to get anything done. As of now, I still don't have my documents back, nor my returns completed. I would definitely stay-away from this office. I will never recommend H&R Block to anyone again...do it yourself or find a different company to deal with!
