  Went for TSA pre check. Said they were open until 6pm on TSAs website. Made a special trip and got there at 5. I was told the lady that did it, had already left. What made it worse, the lady I spoke to acted like I was wrong.

  Cheap bastards! i was in that strip mall where they are and they have a water cooler right as you walk in and i was going to serve myself a glass of water and I got yelled at by the 5 black people working there that water was only for paying customers! what a bunch of cheap bastards, you don't deny anyone a glass of water but what do these people know about common courtesy or manners! I have my own tax accountant, they did my taxes maybe 15 years ago and there were a lot of deductions they didn't claim for me, you get what you pay for! I paid about $50 bucks that time and could have saved thousands in tax returns. I pay much more now for tax preparation but get my money back many times over!
