  My fiancé and I were scheduled for a appointment on a Saturday and they called to confirm my appointment on Friday. Not only did I speak with someone the same day (Saturday) of the appointment.. I called back just to confirm the time and date. We were told when we arrived no one was available complete our taxes. Of course I was fuming. Wasted my time and my fuel. Just Bad customer service, and this needs to be corrected asap.
